Marisa Reynoso is the Co-Founder of Mosaic Center for Mental Health, where she brings together her passion for relationship-centered care, operational excellence, and equitable mental health access. Originally from San Diego, California, Marisa is a two-time alumna of San Diego State University, earning her B.A. in Communication and M.A. in Education with an emphasis in Multicultural Counseling.

Marisa is certified in Trauma-Informed Care and is deeply committed to supporting mental health professionals through a holistic, inclusive, and systems-aware lens. She has a particular strength in partnering with mental health private practices and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) trainers—helping them build sustainable, values-aligned organizations that allow clinicians and trainers to focus on what matters most: meaningful, effective client care and transformative learning experiences.

With extensive experience in operations management, team development, and organizational leadership, Marisa has played a key role in building results-oriented, collaborative cultures across professional settings. She is known for translating vision into structure—assessing organizational needs, implementing continuous improvements, and creating standardized processes that increase efficiency while honoring the relational heart of mental health work.

At Mosaic Center for Mental Health, Marisa’s work reflects her belief that strong systems, when built with care and intention, can support healing, connection, and long-term impact—for providers, trainers, and the communities they serve.
